Flight Sim Commander and FSACARS

I guess I always start FSC first...then FSX, and last was ACARS.

BTW Naresh...I think my snapper works with ACARS running...hence the Citation pics posted here.

I had a similar problem yesterday. FSACARS would crash as soon as I press 'Start Log' button. I was using FSC8.1 too. I tried it with FS9, no FSC8.1 but to no avail.

Later I remembered this had happened to me before too when I was flying in Nepal. For some reason, FSACARS can not log flights in that himalayan area.

Next thing, I started FSX flight in a local area in MN and FSACARS seemed to work fine with FSC 8.1.

I was in SKPS when I could not use FSACARS. Can someone else try that airport and verify if you can run FSACARS, please?

My snapper crashed while using it without FSACARS. I tried re-installing it and to no avail. Well well, FSSCreen is what I use nowadays.

I just tried SKPS...and it all worked for me.
1. I started FSC8.1 and built FP
2. Save FP to FSX folder
3. start FSX
4. Connect GPS (in FSC)
5. ck "show route" (under Flight Plan in FSC)
6. start FSACARS
7. Copy & Paste route from FSC to ACARS
8. start Snapper

Like I said it all worked for me. I have a couple of pics, but I don't know how to post them here so will put them in my pics.

I don't know what this may have to do with it...but remember, I'm using two monitors....one for FSX and two for FSC.

Wow, thanks guys. Jerry I saw your pics as well. It looks like it is only me and my computer.

I tried all your suggestions but to no avail. For some reason, it works fine in the US!
