I don't use Norton, so I can't help you with that one. Unless another pilot here has suggestions, you might want to try the Norton Help Forums about getting SPAACARS to be accepted.

Morning Ron,
Try opening Norton and going to Settings, then click on Firewall, then click on Program Control. Click the Add button and navigate to wherever it is you have SPAACARS installed. Select the SPAACARS executable file and make sure Allow Always is selected in the window. Then click on More Details at the bottom of the window next to the big OK button and make sure the User Trusted selection says "You have indicated that this file is trusted." Click Close, then Okay, then the Apply button and you should be set.
