Well, I have FSACARS working with Vista, FSX and FSUIPC4 with only a single, fairly minor glitch: FSACARS crashes when it reads the flight plan from my file. So, I've entered that by hand and it seems to be working.

That's great news Mike.
Yes, FSX flight plans are not readable by FSACARS.
So are FS9.1 flight plans.
Only FS9.0.
