That flight was no addons. The computer is a late model I purchased for FS2020, Intel 9th Gen Ultimate Gaming PC. 750 watt ps, I9-9900K Coffee Lake Processor 32GB Hyper-X DDR-2800/3000 Memory, NVIDIA RTX 2070 Super with a Samsung Sata 970 Drive. The only other software. Running was the Spa app and a Chrome page. It would take quite a while to list the FS2020 settings. I have reviewed the settings several times with others recommendations. MS2020 was running okay before this update.

Thanks Ron. I'll start with that and see if I can find a solution for you. Can you tell me what you were doing when the sim crashed? Do you remember if you clicked something in the aircraft, opened the VFR map, looked around the cockpit, etc.?

Nothing, just had the external view and before the sim crashed the sound made a little sputter sound. I don't recall the frame rates at the time. I had seen this a while back but after the previous update it was good. I think they tweaked the AI aircraft distance so after a reasonable distance they would be removed. Actually I don't recall AI traffic in the sim. Thanks Eric!

I'll try a longer flight today and see what happens. Ron - the A32nx version is in the Manifest.json file. Open with text editor like notepad:
{
"creator": "FlyByWire Simulations",
"release_notes": {
"neutral": {
"LastUpdate": "",
"OlderHistory": ""
}
},
"title": "A32NX",
"dependencies": [
{
"package_version": "0.1.58",
"name": "asobo-aircraft-a320-neo"
},
{
"package_version": "0.1.52",
"name": "asobo-vcockpits-instruments-a320-neo"
},
{
"package_version": "0.1.53",
"name": "asobo-vcockpits-instruments-airliners"
},
{
"package_version": "0.1.66",
"name": "fs-base-aircraft-common"
}
],
"content_type": "AIRCRAFT",
"minimum_game_version": "1.9.5",
"manufacturer": "Airbus",
"package_version": "0.5.1",
"total_package_size": "00000000000598824520"
}
Note that the "Package version" listed near the bottom of the json file shows the version of the A32NX mod...in this case, "0.5.1", the current stable version to date.
We have some snow but , other than the high winds blowing it all over the place, we had just around 4-5 inches I think, so no big deal.
The liveries folder in the Community folder is not likely to make problems. But yes, the older A32NX mod folder must be removed when there's an update until you can confirm that the latest updates by MSFS are compatible with the A32NX mod.

I am in flight with 2020 as I type. Getting34-50 fps outside and 25-30 inside. I am climbing through 25 k right now. Climbing to 32 K, I am at 32 K and in cruise, with 53 fps. I am using the latest stable mod for the 320 and a Frontier livery.
