Make sure you're using the correct flight number. You used 771700001. Your first 5 numbers for EVERY flight will be 77171. I'll adjust it in your record.Just completed my flight with the new numbering system. It did not automatically file the flight,

				Ron,
Nothing has changed yet - the new numbering constraints don't go into effect until Saturday Morning around 0600 CDT.
If something has changed it has to do with something you changed on your end. Let me suggest some things:
1. You don't have have your unique numbering quite right - as I explained to you in an earlier post on this topic. Your first 5-digits for user-defined flight will always be 77171 (not 77170 as you've been using). the last of the 5 digits is the Hub number (msp=1, mia=2, egl=5) these correspond to your assigned hub - not to any airport dest/orig related to your flight plan. Since none of this information changes. That unique 5-digit ID will always be the first 5 digits of your user-defined flight number.
But like I said...no changes have been made until Saturday to get pilots used to what the numbering is going to be.
So....
If you have reinstalled SPAACARS10.12 that's good. You may have also turned off Econ-mode in SPAACARS settings menu. This will prevent your Pirep from automatically being sent upon landing. When not running in Econ Mode, SPAACARS needs you to first push the "Stop Logging" button, that makes the Send Pirep button active so you can push that to send your PIREP.
Turning Econ-Mode back on will auto-send your PIREP upon landing - but will not allow you to resend your pirep if you made a mistake in numbering (like putting a '0' for your hub number when it should be a '1'. On Saturday, when the change occurs, you would be able to go back and change the flight number field to correct it and resend the flight data if NOT Using Econ MOde. With econ mode on, SPAACARS will make one try to send it and if it's an error in your flight number, you're out of luck and would have to submit the flight manually through Pilot's Office or refly the flight using SPAACARS with the corrected flight number.
Hope this helps clear up things.
John

Trial run I guess. I understand the first 5 numbers will always be 77171. I guess the numbers run together. Thanks for the info and correction.

				You got it Ron!
Thanks for experimenting with the numbering system before its implementation. It saved you unnecessary frustration by clearing up questions and issues rather than having a rejected flight be your first introduction. Still, we'll all probably mistype, or make other mistakes that result in an error now and then. Fortunately the latest SPAACARs version provides more meaningful error messages for us to figure out what we might change to get the flight accepted.
