Really stinkin' cool John! The search by origin and destination was a great suggestion Robert. I've been wondering about this for a while as well and I'm glad to see it implemented.

!0 digit flight number, wow, that's a little much. I guess we will see how this works out. I understand the first five digits but five more, why? I don't think 10 digits will work in Simbrief.

Ron,

We’ve always allowed 10-digit flight numbers. No change there. Only restricting what goes into it now.

You can use your same 5-digit number for all your user-defined flights if you want, ignoring the last five digits-they're your choice but also optional.

OK understand I don't have to use 10 digits, the first five and if I need more I have the option of the last five.

Yes...exactly. Your minimum user-defined unique signature is "77171":
7= first required user-defined flight digit
717= your Pilot ID
1= MSP hub (msp=1 mia=2 egl=5)
so...string those together and you get 77171. Then you can do whatever with the last five digits for your own record keeping if necessary.
