Thanks Larry, but there was a mistake and you didn't have to do that LaGuardia stop. It should be just straight to KMCI from KLAX. Sorry about that - didn't discover it till I was flying it yesterday and forgot to change it. <img src="tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-icon_frown.gif" alt="icon_frown">

John reading 35 miles from shore very interesting excellent author really bring ever thing to light as a retired pilot
I can see may things that lead to the cause of the accident. couldn't stop read when i go to the rescue some of
those pilots had big fuzzy ones (sorry for pun) LOL can wait to read about the investigation phase.

Jim,

Glad you're enjoying the read. Interesting to get your input on the investigation. To me it seemed that such an accident was waiting to happen with the all or nothing profit margin and fuel limits involved. I think you'll find the other two books on that short list equally riveting.
