Mike Foster Makes Fleet Captain was created by Westcoast

Please help me congratulate Mike Foster on his promotion to Fleet Captain. Actually, Mike passed the 1200 hour mark way back in February, but his Hub Manager (that would be me) was apparently was off on a lark somewhere and missed the event altogether. The good news is that our new SOPs don't appear to include procedures for punishing delinquent Hub Managers, although I'm pretty sure Ken will make me make up Mike's back pay out of my fat paycheck. On top of that I'm obviously buying both the first and second rounds.

Mike Foster ? Who's that? I didn't know he was still here. I thought he just took our
money (treasurer), and vamoosed. Way to go Mike. Bravo Zulu and a hearty congrats
to boot. Make sure Mike holds true to the two rounds. Last time he ordered a round he stiffed us and ran out the back door.
