Dobratz Does it Again was created by Westcoast
It was just a skinny three weeks ago that we were congratulating James Dobratz on making Commuter Captain in record time. Well, he put in the next 30 hours in an equally short time. So lets all give James a hearty round of congratulations for his promotion to Second Officer. James explains that it's easy to put in a lot of hours when you're retired. Well, I too am retired, but at this rate James will be overtaking me before I know it. Well, I gotta go - I have to check to make sure he hasn't already burned thru his first set of Cat III assignments. 
Way to go James; keep up the great work.
