Criss Cross the Rockies on VATSIM today the 3rd of November.

Our very own Chris James is now controlling at Denver today the 3rd. This is a good time to get familiar with VATSIM.

I think i might have to give this one a miss unfortunately! What with the time difference this event is starting quite late this side of the pond!!

To be honest i end up doing most my VATSIM flying this side of the water because you rarely get decent ATC coverage in the states at reasonable times!!

Not sure what you mean by "decent times"....I've always had good luck with ATC coverage in the early and late evenings...of course I live in the US, so Im up then

Well all i mean is that for the most part, the best coverage is gonna be in the evening when people aren't at work! Which means that unfortunately by 7 or 8 o clock your time it could be 12 or 1 o clock at night for me!!

This criss cross denver is a good example...the event has just started at 2200Z but its already 2215 local time here in cork!! that, in my book is a tad late to start planning and flying a flight!! So it is more fun to do my VATSIM flights in europe when i am more likely to get decent coverage!! thats all!!
