Well happy early birthday Cillian.
Sat morning does not work for me.
How about Sunday guys? Any time would work for me. Cillian don't get wasted.
I have not flown to MHTG yet. It will be a nice surprise when I get there on my 763.
Let us know which day works best for all of us. Or we can have two separate online flights.

I can do Sunday, almost anytime is OK. Do I detect a challenge to 763 drivers to make an unrehearsed landing at MHTG ?

So here's a question, maybe for Jerry. All the approach charts for Rwy 01 at MHTG show a more-or-less straight-in approach from the south. But, all the videos show aircraft making a tight left hand turn to the runway threshold. It's clear enough that the descent from the MAP is steep, 2326' in 1.7 nMi, which is 2736 fpm at 120 KTAS and more at higher airspeeds. But: (1) In clear weather the final descent can begin before the MAP and (2) if the published procedure can't be flown by jet aircraft, why isn't there another procedure?

Very good questions Mike.
I will leave the hard questions to Jerry to answer. Remember that the charts are outdated and the runway says 01. In the video you see it as 02. I believe the add-on scenery changes the runway to 02. The default scenery shows it as 1 only.
There is however a procedure turn (tight left hand turn ) on the charts, however in the videos it sure does not look like 8.7 miles away from the runway.
