It is with great pleasure that I announce that Eric Eder has earned and been promoted to our highest rank of Fleet Captain. Even though Eric is a few hours short of the 500 hour mark, I felt that he deserved the promotion now and all of the privileges therein.

Thanks. It's been a long race to get to the FC rank and all but 50 of my hours have been with SPA. I think I've been here about 4 years now and when I look back, it really doesn't seem that long!
