For some reason or other it seem that the gauges are missing from the
ERJ.
No problem, just go to Avsim or flightsim.com search for ERJ panel for FSX download the panel, then unzip the gauge folder and put into your FSX gauges folder .

That should work mine did

Dave, and Paul,

When opening the Panel.cfg file, all guages referenced look like the default lear and 738....I wonder about the lear thought because it references xml files vs the 738 which is just the actual file name....that was my question in the shout box, is the panel .cfg file built right?

paul, what say u?

Sorry about the confusion over the gauges. I have added a link to them at the ERJ145 in the aircraft download page.

Gents,

Anyone having issues with this panel? My issues are:

1. Landing gear do not respong to keystroke or joystick assignment. The lever on the panel moves and you hear sound, but the actual gear do not retract.

2. Autopilot slow to make changes; especially climbing and decent.

I tried swapping with the CRJ panel and that fixed the gear issue, but still the bird is slow to respond to altitude changes via autopilot.

Hi Ken, I did have the problem initially with the autopilot slow to respond, and I entered a default vertical speed of 1600 and it seemed to improve greatly. I'm not sure if this is inherent with the real bird or not.

As for the landing gear, I don't have that problem at all. Do you have the gauges in the panel directory or the gauges directory? Mine are in the gauges directory, so maybe that is the secret.

Let me know how you get on. I have just checked the POSKY forum and cannot find a thread to that problem.
