I wanted to start a thread for those who are interested in developing their own enhancements to FS9 and FSX. Have you designed your own aircraft, scenery, gauges, or instrument panels? If so, would you be willing to share some of your ideas and on line resources so that others will know how to start developing for FS?

For instance, I found this one web forum dedicated to the FS developers. To see it, <a href="www.fsdeveloper.com/" target="_blank">click here.

I'm sure there are a lot of people interested in getting involved.

Have you tried FS Design Studio? Here is the link: <a href="www.abacuspub.com/catalog/s719.htm" target="_blank">click here

I also found a Wiki for FS designers. Here is the link: <a href="www.fsdeveloper.com/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page" target="_blank">click here

Here is a link to 3ds Max: <a href="en.wikipedia.org/wiki/3ds_Max" target="_blank">click here

There is a free open source graphic design application called Blender. Check it out by <a href="www.blender.org/" target="_blank">clicking here.

More later.

Thanks for the links Bob, I've been thinking of buying that panel design software so I can start at least modifying FS9 panels for FSX, as well as ASX to start modifying airports for correct parking etc!
