if i were to find and FMC download do those usual require me to download there aircraft or would ther be any as just and addon to the game

It could be either or...
If it is a stand-alone FMC addon, there wouldn't be an aircraft package with it.

In my experience, FMCs only come with "payware" aircraft, like the PMDG 737, the Flight One A320, or the Level D 767. There may be some freebies available, but I haven't run on to any. FMCs are certainly not a stock part of FS9 or FSX.
