I do not like the auto send the acars data to SPA. I would rather have a choice as to send or not. Lately I have been flying new aircraft and the landing may be problematic or unintentional. I have not found a setting within the SPA acars program.
Thanks

ID 717,
There is an easy fix for this. You need to disable Econ mode in SPA ACARS. With your simulator open and SPA ACARS open and connected, click on "settings" on the menu bar of SPA ACARS and un-check the option "Use Econ Module." This should solve your problem.
Let us know if this doesn't work.

edited by: SPA118, Mar 07, 2020 - 08:30 PM

Yes,
Econ mode has an auto-upload feature to prevent pilots from (easily) aborting a flight with a crashed or hard landing. That's because the idea behind the Econ flights is to take into account fuel/payload/piloting skills when accounting for the profit/loss of any given flight. It's far from a perfect application, but it puts a bit more pressure on the pilot to use care when planning and flying a flight.
