Look at the chart you printed for this flight; southwest of NEWBERG (UBG) on V182 is a:

NON STANDARD CHANGE OVER POINT. It looks like this: "Z" with a 37 on top and a 29 on the bottom.

Even though the AIRWAY is 66nm between UBG and ONP, you change over and navigate off the other station at these listed mileages rather than the normal half way point.

Going toward UBG you change over at 29DME from ONP.
