well...thats kinda the million dollar question.

At the moment it's a toss up between music and some form of engineering. I think i would kinda lean towards music though. There is a very good music course here in cork, at least from the academic side of things. However, there are very few brass players in Cork ( I play trombone) so there is both a lack of competition and opportunities to play brass repertoire.

So what i'm considering at the moment is doing a year here in Cork and then maybe transfering to one of the music colleges in the UK which would have me in London, Manchester or Glasgow. But that leads to a further complication of fees, so I'll have to see...
