I agree with you. I like the scenery in FS2020, but it is difficult to work with as a pilot.

Give the A320 a try Bob. Its hands down the easiest aircraft to fly in 2020 for non-GA flights.

Sadly, I too must agree at this point. I'm about ready to return to my P3dv4 setup. I think my bush flying with FS2020 is ok, but the A320 seems to give me screen stutters and the clouds look terrible around the edges sometimes...very grainy. I need to try a few more flights with different aircraft and with/without the FSUIPC7 Beta to see if these things cause some of my problems. Regardless, I'm getting tired of runaway throttle on the A320 and not having any type of useful manual other than various help tutorials posted by other users.

I admit I jumped into this a bit earlier than I had planned to, so some of this is to be expected. I'm not becoming a non-believer yet, but I'm not enjoying the experience as much as the promo videos led me to believe the experience would be.

Weird John. I've done PANC-KSEA-KDEN-KPHX today and even with all of those legs I've never experienced any type of runaway throttle in the A320. If I may ask, are you using manged mode or selected mode during your flight? Also, are you pulling your throttle back out of climb mode before landing? If you're in climb mode and you disable the autothrottle you'll get a sudden throttle increase.

Hey Eric, I've tried a number of things, The runaway throttle seems to often occur midflight, just after takeoff. I tried to keep in managed mode and pull it back to the CL notch on the throttle quadrant after takeoff. For some reason it goes nuts and accelerates wildly causing overspeed. After click between managed mode and selected modes and repeatedly turning autothrottle on and off I finally get it to return to normal settings. Today I couldn't get it to descend in managed mode by setting the new altitude - maybe is has to do with a setting in the MCDU, I don't know.

Upon landing I pull the throttle back to idle. Most times I don't have a problem on landing, it happens in flight just after takeoff.

Again, the lack of a manual makes it very difficult to know if I'm doing something wrong and what it might be...or if it's a bug that others have cited on various forums.

The stutters are annoying also as are the grainy clouds I get. I think the stuttering has to do with the clouds, because I don't recall it early on. I've reset to default graphics settings to try and correct the stutters, but still getting them. I have a pretty good system (1080TI graphics card, 32 gig memory, SSD Drive.

Even set on a single monitor I'm not seeing much difference. I'm thinking it's the clouds that might be causing the stutters and/or the more detailed plane of the A320 over the cessna or cub.

Nice sunset pic you posted by the way
