Actually, Vandal has a very good suggestion. Even though hub managers are first person to contact for questions or help on something, it may not be a bad idea for others to pitch it as well for certain topics.

Currently, I am mentoring Vandal for ATC side of this hobby and also being the training manager, I am also helping him with other basics.

Please do remember all of you out there, we are here to help you and you can approach us with questions and concerns but it is impossible for us to reach you first.

I'm pretty much always available to help anyone with questions. Just shy of 7 years/1,200 hours with SPA alone and over 165 hours on VATSIM should qualify me. If you have a strictly hub manager question, by all means contact your hub manager however, there are plenty of other folks who can assist with general questions (myself included). But, like Naresh said, we'll never know if you have a question if you don't ask. And, the only stupid question is the question that ISN'T asked! :-P
