Let it be known that due to the dedication and perseverance of one exemplary St. paul Airlines pilot, Steve Asp has been awarded a BTZ (below the zone) promotion to the rank of Second Officer. Welcome to catagory 3 aircraft and a hearty thank you for such quality work so far. You will hit fleet captain before you know it. Your hours have been "upped" to reflct the promotion and you are deemed ready to fly our Fokkers and Embraer 170. Well done, Mr Asp.
