Please join me in congratulating Lester Padgett on his recent promotion to Fleet Captain! Since we don't promote many to Fleet Captain very often, we look at this as quite the momentous occasion. Because this is such a momentous occasion, I decided to spare no expense and really threw together quite a great little shindig in the pilots pub. Please grab some cake and raise a glass to Lester on this, his promotion day!
