Pilot Listing with User Names

Pilots,

I had previously added a public view of pilots and hours flown so that this might be accessible to other VA's seeking transfer hours from our pilots.  The membership list was otherwise private to members through the Pilot's Office.

The public version was listed under "Members" -> "Pilots".  This listing has now been made private to members also, and will only appear after logging in.

The list now contains Pilot ID, Pilot Names and User Names.  It is sortable by Pilot Name or User Name by clicking on the header of your desired sort choice.  This should make it easier to link pilot names to user names.

Pilot's names are visible to the public on the Awards Page, but not user names.  I've made Pilot-User Name listing private now also because I don't want to have a searchable list with pilot names and user names available to the public in the event of a compromised password/username combination our pilots might have used at other sites that can then be searched to our website for possible improper accessing of our site.

This seems a bit redundant now at this point - another pilot listing when we have the roster listed in the pilot's office, but it was the easiest change to make for adding user names to a pilot listing at this point.  Not sure how I might want to combine things in the future, but the Pilot Name-User Name view is now available under Members->Pilots from the Main Menu once you log in.

Hopefully, while a bit redundant, it will make it easier to link a pilot name with a user name.
