The point is, I am simply not sure about how those different aircraft come together speedwise. I suggest we meet at KHND with whatever aircraft we like, if we are fast we can fly that whole way, but we don't need to, we could happily end our flight at KGCN.
Don't forget, you need to have the aircrafts of your fellow pilots in your aircraft folder to see them.
Seneca is a good compromise idea, if you don't have a special source, Ben, we can get it from fgaddon via launcher.

I didn't know that. It'd be nice if we could use planes available via the launcher so that I don't have to figure out how to find and install other aircraft, I've experimented with a number of the models available from the launcher, and will likely use the b1900 because it's a faster aircraft, but I've like the aerostar 700 too.

Hah...and I didn't see the wonderful scenery that appears in Oswald's pictures. I'm sure there are tweaks that I need other than what was done on the fly...literally speaking.
Regardless, it was fun to fly with our FlightGear pilots and meet them on TeamSpeak - Sorry Ben...I would have texted too, but I was too busy trying to keep the plane flying and respond to all the suggestions from Joe and Oswald.
Thanks to all - and we'll have to try again sometime soon.

Thanks Joe, I'll certainly take a look at it. Also, you and Oswald might want to take a look at some of our old Multiflight plans still available for download. Those were made by fellow SPA pilot Larry (airhogg) Chew. As you'll see, they're all variations of a "hop-list" where we fly from airport to airport. This allows more fun (and practice) landing and taking off, and it allows for pilots to regroup at the airports so that we aren't spending the entire flight trying to catch up to the lead plane if we run into difficulties - which can regularly happen on these simulated flights.
Just look under main menu under "Downloads->Multiplayer Flight Plans".

I guess this is a very good idea. I have looked into a few of these plans and suppose they are good for general aviation aircraft like Cessna 182, or if we stay in the SPA aircraft fleet bush planes like Cessna 208, DHC6 Twin Otter, Aero Commander. The B1900 wouldn't fit, I suppose.
Of these SPA fleet planes to my knowledge in FG only the Twin Otter and the Aero Commander are well developed, and the DHC2 Beaver as wheel version.
What do you think?

Yes Oswald, those plans were specifically tailored for bush flights, but one could easily create a similar plan for larger planes and larger airfields. It's the idea of airport 'hopping' that might be worth considering.
