<div><span >Thanks Jim, I'm glad it worked for you and that you enjoyed it. A reminder to all 'Adventurers', each adventure pack has 3 'episode' as described. So, without any additional scenery addons pilots can complete all three of the adventures listed.
I thought about posting pictures, but thought I'd leave that to other pilots (or just let pilots enjoy the scenes when they discover them).
I'm currently working hard at the next 3-pack (Adventure Pack SPA2). This is an even more exciting venture as I create or modify sceneries to add some entirely new things for pilots to discover. As this is all fairly new to me and I'm learning as I go, it takes extra time.
Also a reminder - pilots who complete all the flights of each adventure pack will show up in the awards area on the Adventure Pack page as being a recipient of that adventure pack award (if they entered their flight numbers correctly as shown on the Adventure Pack page).
Let the adventures begin (or continue)!

John,
I found the crash site and picked up the survivors on AP11. I am trying AP12 now and have scoured the channel from PANC to PAWR three time and no site of any ship in distress or smoke. I have ORBX and there a may boats in the channel, but they are all moving. Any clues you could give me. This is a great idea and I appreciate the effort you put into it.

Bill,
Passage Canal is that little inlet that runs to the edge of PAWR airport. The marina is off to your right as you take off over the water from PAWR. You could probably throw a rock from the dock at the marina and hit the boat in distress. It's a sinking boat so no smoke. Its not the Titanic, so look for smaller watercraft. Also, when geographic locations are mentioned like Passage Canal, it's helpful to look at flight charts for them as this can really narrow your search area. I recommend airnav.com:
<a href="www.airnav.com/depart?http://www.vfrmap....-148.720&zoom=10" target="_blank">www.airnav.com/depart?http://www.vfrmap....-148.720&zoom=10 note: zoom in once more to see additional detail (like Passage Canal).

Steve,
There is only one flight # assigned to each 'episode' so only one flight plan for each episode because the flight code must be entered as shown for each flight episode. The whole flight including any stops is all recorded as that one flight number for that episode ie. AP11 for the first part, AP12 for the second part, etc.

John,
I completed AP12. I'm still a little confused about how to do a flight plan that starts and one airport and returnes to the same airport. Do I create the flightplan to the first stop and then report to SPAACARS or do I land at the first stop, continue to let SPACCARS run and return to the starting airport?
Again, thanks for all the work you have put in.
PS: Have you thought about creating these as FSX missions?

Your're doing fine Bill<img src="tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-smile.gif" alt="smile">. Just set SPAACARS to show the same airport in both the Dest and Orig fields and let it run throughout the entire adventure 'episode'. Then you file your pirep just once for each episode. Like I mentioned somewhere earlier, the Org and Dest locations are not too important on these adventure flights - just the pirep flight numbers signifying the completion of that episode you flew. When you're all done with this Adventure 3-pack you should have 3 pireps filed: AP11, AP12, and AP13. Then your name should automatically appear in the awards section at the bottom of the Adventure Packs page (if I coded it correctly <img src="tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-konfus.gif" alt="konfus">).
Oh, and here's a helpful hint - if you wish to follow GPS (like from PANC to PAWR on AP12) you can load that into your FSX flightplan, then start SPAACARS and click the flight plan button on SPAACARS to bring in all the flight data from FSX to SPAACARS. Now fly your flight using GPS route from FSX loaded plan, and anytime before clicking "send PIREP " just change the dest field in SPAACARS to whatever- like your origin airport. This way you can fly to PAWR using default GPS and flightplan, yet still send PIREP showing same org and dest airport (PANC) when filing SPAACARS PIREP. SPAACARS grabs those field values right before sending them to SPA.
