McFadden to Fleet Captain

Please join me in congratulating Larry McFadden on his promotion to Fleet Captain. Larry rejoined SPA a little over five months ago and in the intervening time he has accumulated the 200 hours required to move from Sr. Capt. to Flt. Capt. That's a lot of flying in a short time Larry.
