New Fleet Captain at MSP

Please join me in a hearty round of congratulations for James Magin, who has just attained 500 hours and been promoted to our top grade, Fleet Captain. Jim joined us in late August last year with the maximum transfer of 300 hours from another VA. In just a bit over four months, he has managed to log 200 hours of flying time, in the process winning the MSP Hub award for the most hours for three months and for most sorties for one month. Congratulations Jim, that's an impressive accomplishment.
