Alfred Jones Sets Probable New Record

It was just six weeks ago that I was asking you to help me congratulate Alfred Jones on his promotion to Captain. In the intervening six weeks, Alfred has flown all 40 of our Cat 5 flights out of the Dulles Hub and surpassed the 400 hour mark. Although I can't prove it, this must be some sort of a record for pilots at Saint Paul.

Accordingly, Alfred has been promoted to Senior Captain and will be flying the big iron (767s, etc.), probably by tomorrow. In fact, that might have been him passing my DC-10 on my way the MSP this afternoon.

So, please join me in expressing our awe at his prodigious feat and in congratulating him on making Senior Captain. Certainly Alfred will be buying this evening, get there early if you can.
