Two Staff openings comming the near future!

Thats right, SPA is in the need of a "few good men" to step up and hold a great position for SPA.

First one is: Human Resources Manager. Job Description:
The Human Resources Manager reports directly to the President. This position will handle the processing of new pilots, leave requests, promotions, and terminations. This position will serve as an advocate to all new pilots until the pilot is established here at SPA.

Second one is: Speical Operations Division Manager. Job Description:
Will oversee the charter and cargo operations, and provide regular and monthly special operations to SPA pilots. This person will also work with the VP of Fleet Management to aid in development and maintenance of our fleet. The SODM will report to the VP of Operations.

Candidates for a staff position are subject to review and confirmation by a majority of the Senior Staff. ALL staff members must hold the rank of First Officer.
