New Pilot Todd C. joins SPA-MIA

Welcome back to SPA, Todd,

Please give a warm welcome to Todd C. He will be flying from MIA hub. Todd is one of first 20 pilots of SPA. He had left SPA due to military obligations and now that he has retired, he has decided to come back to SPA.
