Two Promotions at Miami

Please put your Hands together for Joe Sottile and Richard Rea. Joe has just passed the 30 hour mark promoting him to Commuter Captain and Richard has passed the 100 hour mark promoting him to First Officer!

Richard managed this latest promotion in less than a month and is probably the most consistent pilot here at MIA.
