Please join me in a very hearty round of congratulations for our MSP Assistant Hub manager, Paul Schirmer, aka "apilot" on his promotion to Captain. Paul has put on a great effort in the last couple of weeks and has crossed the magic 200 hour mark that lets him pin on that fourth gold stripe.
