Please join me in a hearty round of congratulations to James Dobratz, who, in just 26 days, has flown 29 Cat I assignments and compiled 30.6 hours. He will thus be moving to the left seat in those bigger Cat II aircraft. I knew that James was going to be a fast burner when I couldn't keep him in assignments. Way to go James, keep up the great work!
