Do you think it is possible to have a smaller cargo aircraft ie Lear or Falcon 20C painted in SPX colours, so we can operate from smaller airfields.
Just a thought.

Dave,
Back in the day when I started up the Special Ops side of the house, I envisioued us having a "heavy" cargo fleet to compete with the likes of DHL, UPS, Fedex ect....we have the larger birds going, but never got to paint up something like the B1900 or Caravan. The Charter side of the house of course has the lear and Caravan painted up and we can "lease" their birds to run cargo if needed.
Now that Jerry is in command of the Spec Ops branch, it's really his call. I'll stand by any decision he makes.
Thanks!

Actually, I don't see that it matters much. Like Ken said...just use whatever you want (charter or "other"). Whether we get one painted in offical cargo paint is really up to Paul and how much time he has to devote to this.
A Caravan and a smaller jet would be nice.
If you read this Paul...what do you think?

Hi Guys
Jeeze it seems like I've been neglecting you guys, sorry. There aren't many small cargo birds around. There are the old favourites like the Shorts, but I'll check around. No problem to do a paint job!!
BTW, there is the Metroliner or ATR72-200 cargo version. Check it out at my site tasmanairways.com/VAHQ/VAHQ-admin/freight_fleet.htm
Regards
