ECON Problem

Good Morning All,

I've encountered a problem on the ECON page with an airport that doesn't exist.  I've signed up for ECON flight 610254.  It is departing KYTS and arriving in KMSP.  I'm assuming it's meant to be KTYS instead?  Also, if I fly 610254 from KTYS instead of KYTS, I believe I won't get the ECON credit for that flight because its not departing from the correct airport?

Yikes Eric,

You're probably right.  I pulled those from the MSP regular schedule so it's possible that there's an error on that one too.  Unfortunately yes...you basically signed up for a $5000 penalty because it was impossible for you complete and impossible for you to cancel.  I'll have to go in and manually remove your penalty - and fix the flight error.  I'll let you know when I get to it, but likely not until tomorrow.

Hopefully I've corrected the problem now (correcting the airport ICAO in both the Econ and MSP hubs where the error was duplicated and removing the unfortunate and undeserved penalty from your company's account).
