If you haven't done so already, go to the
<a href="www.minniecenter.org/module.php?page=afcadcycle" target="_blank">AFCAD cycle
link to download and install the latest KMSP airport scenery upgrades. This keeps you in sync with VATSIM ATC.
Also be sure to run your FSNavDBC.exe program after installing your AFCAD cycle so that your FSNavigator is up to date. I did this and now I have the new runway installed in FSNavigator as well as the navaids for it.
