The continuation of our flight from Lisbon to Cork will take place this Saturday. The last Leg will be from Bordeaux to Cork.

Suggested Route: LFBD..ROYAN..LIZAD.N160.ERTER..EICK (Dist = 533nm)

I was thinking...if you want to make the approach into Cork intersting, you should have a strong(and i mean strong) wind...either eastern or western wind and try land your 737s or whatever you'll be flyin on the much shorter runway 25/07!!! could be fun...Or alternatively if you decide against runway 25/07 you would have a vicious crosswind into 17/35!!! see what some ryanair pilots have to deal with :lol: :lol: sometimes in very strong winds you get 737s nd some smaller airbus's landing on runway 25/07...twill have to very strong though!!!!

I think we'll have Naresh plug-in a wind of 280@24. That way our skilled pilots can choose between a longer rwy with more x-wind, or shorter with less.
Maybe even a ceiling of 2500 feet and 3 miles vis too. :roll:

What do you think guys? :-?

Well i just tried those conditions Jerry and I put some pictures of how i got on up...all i can say is good luck to ye!! i think taking the shorter runway would prob be the easier option...depending what your flying of course :roll:
