To abort or not to abort...

Well, my second attempt went somewhat better until this happened:



I'm trying to land Mr. co-pilot!  I need him to do his job and not get into some gosh darn back and forth loop with ATC!!!

My company made $2372.78 though and apparently my passengers were impressed by my soft landing (Landing Rate: -113.80), so all was not lost.  Sometimes you're the windshield and sometimes you're the bug...

Hmm...I've not had that issue with the new ATC. I also let the copilot handle the com. I have been checking the weather at the start of the flight and programming the rwy and approach into the flight plan before starting however.

I do the same thing John.  Program my runway and the approach before I start.  I don't know what has happened.  No new addons, there hasn't been an update lately, and it seems my sim went totally haywire today.

Hmm...maybe I'll make a quick run to KDLH to check my system again. I miss the A320 when there are no Cat-4 flights available.
