P3dV4 and Robinson R22 Helicopter Problem (keeping it on the ground)

Pilots,
For some reason I can't get the R22 to sit still on the ground with the collective as low as it will go. I believe that the value should be at "0" when sitting on ground, but the closest to 0 I see is before I move any controls - that is at "-16". Don't know why it's running negative numbers, but I'm unfamiliar with helos and if this is normal or not. When I run up the collective I get increasing negative numbers and when I land it only goes to -32. I thought this was an issue with my controls, but when I manually try to adust the cockpit control down farther, it won't go any farther down.
I've scoured the Internet sites for this issue and I'm not finding it or a solution, so it makes me wonder if there's still something I'm doing wrong with the R22.
It messes up a nice flight to have the aircraft bouncing around after landing rather than sitting nicely on the gound.
Anyone with some idea about this please let me know. Otherwise the helo rises and falls with appropriate inputs on my collective control.
Thanks,
John

Try turning the "rotor governor switch" to the off position. It's located on the top of the collective. Works for me. I messed around for hours and found that quite by mistake!! The old well I've tried everything else, wonder what this swich does method.

Thanks Smitty, that's it!
I did some reading on that and found the govenor switch on the 2D panel (not visible in the 3D cockpit I don't think).
I'll have to experiement further.
