As16 wind settings for p3d v4

I don't remember the few changes I made off hand, but I think I just made minor adjustments to wind gust settings to keep the plane from jumping around. This is especially important if using our Econ mode, as you can get penalized for G-force if the flight gets too bouncy. The wind turbulence options are fairly well listed there and I just moved them down until I could fly without generating G-force penalties. I still get some G-force issues in stormy weather - which is good and should be expected. I also noted that with that JoinFS multiplayer addon, this can sometimes cause problems with flight control - I think it causes unusually high wake vortex turbulence with multiplayer flights. I think I disabled wind settings that affected that rather than worrying about multiplayer flight problems.
