St. Paul Airlines has an Adventure flight for "flying" the Doolittle Raid. We had five pilots on a multi-player flight for the bombing run and it was great fun. There's a video of that flight on the Adventure Pack page as well, and video segment regarding the actual mission and the surviving pilots - it's worth watching if you haven't taken the 5 minutes to review it yet.
