I Think we are losing around $1000 in are cargo Flight because we are paying for things we don't use.

Transport Related What is this for in a Cargo Flight 342.43
Passenger Food -- No Passenger (If this if for the pilots 66.55 for food they need to stop eating Surf and turf during their flight)
Passenger Other -- No passenger (What Is this -- 135.67)
Reservation (Ok if this for pilots the need to stay at Motel 8 LOL --168.23)
Gate Feed not at a gate already paying a landing fee 215.13

So my last flight paid $928.01 for things I didn't Use Not a good way to stay in business.
Even Donald Trump wouldn't pay these fees LOL

Jim,

For simplifying the coding and creating of the econ module (and after days of trying various things to adjust revenue), I settled on a basic calculation for cost/revenue/profit.

As noted in the Econ Mod Instructions (under ECONOMICS from our main menu on the SPA main page), you will note:

"Costs are based on aircraft weight, flight time and landing weight. The exact calculations are not important because revenue is based on use of your cargo capacity."

Check out the instructions and you will see that - by increasing the amount of your cargo you can increase the amount of profit based on the table shown there (and using the SPAACARS field value listed for 'cargo capacity'. I believe it might be possible to increase your profit further by decreasing fuel and increasing cargo weight, but I don't recall how that was coded now.

As it is currently configured, most of those 'costs' are really just fictitious and represent a percentage of total cost, which is based on the factors quoted above (aircraft weight, flight time and landing weight).
