Got my CPU today.

I got it overclocked to 3.7GHz. I can go higher but I think this is enough for now.



Frankly, I did not notice any gain in frame rates but (BUT), the smoothness of the video is just fluid. Even when changing views, it is instant.

I am happy camper and now I can enjoy FS2004 as it is meant to be.

Hopefully, FSX will run good in this new setup.

Absolutely Jerry. Infact, I'm almost done with my June charter flights.

I'm loving my new CPU and my brand new bird 737-300. I was flying the third leg today but abruptly had to stop it due to my kids.

Anyway, if anybody is interested on the screenshot I posted on my last post, it is grabbed from a program called CPU-Z.
