A reminder for those pilots who want to add fuel planning as part of their flight rather than just maxing out the tank - which isn't really the way it's done, in addition to the various websites and documents for your planes performance Specs, we have our own average fuel information based on our available pireps filed by our pilots.

This is located on the Aircraft Fleet page in the Download section of the Main Menu. You'll find the link at the very bottom of the page.

If your aircraft you've been flying is not listed there, let me know and I'll add it to that list.

Note: There's been a wide variety of 'entry styles' used so you will want to have your aircraft listed there exactly as it appears in your PIREP email you receive after filing your PIREP. For instance, there's quite a difference in the burn rate of the listed SE DC-9 and the MCDONNELDOUGLAS DC9 (CoolSky) plane that I've been flying.

Regardless, the available listing there will give pilots a ballpark estimate for their flight planning.
