You are a First Officer. As such you are authorized to fly any scheduled flight up to and including Cat IV. I gave you an initial group of Cat IV assignments which you have completed. Since then you have been flying mainly Cat I flights; I have been assuming that was your choice, You can tell the category from the flight number. The first digit indicates the Hub (1= MSP, 2= MIA, etc.) and the second digit indicates the Category. So flight 1401 is a category four flight for the MSP Hub. I will assign you additional MSP Cat IV flights which will have numbers 14XX. However, you are free to fly and file any flight at or below category four for any hub. You will be eligible for promotion to Category V when you have logged at total of 200 Hrs.
