New SPA Boeing 777-200 was created by Kiwiviator
The new SPA B777-200 is almost ready for release. It has been a while in the making as some of us who fly in FSX cannot make the FS9 default 777 gauges work in FSX. I will include a 2D panel for FSX. Although a wee bit basic, it flies well. The VC has had a makeover as well by utilising the default B747 autopilot and gauges from various authors. It will not be to everyones likings, but as this model was made for FS9, and not supported for FSX, I have done the best I can.
The autopilot does not always work in the VC in FSX. Suggestions are either take off in the 2D panel, and switch over 5 to 10 mins out, or load a default aircraft first then change into the 777. This is a known fault with no other remedy available that I could find. If you have your own favourite FSX 777 panel, let me know and I'll customise it for you. Failure to use all of the POSKY xml gauges will find you up to the axles in the concrete. Yes, POSKY use xml gauges to determine the footprint of the aircraft on the ground.
Now that I have gone over a few of the FSX glitches, if your FSX setup will show the default FS9 777 gauges, you will find a folder called "FS9_panel" which you can use. The 777 will be available in both FS9 and FSX, and it includes a sound set for the Trent 800 engines.
Here she is at KMIA taking on cargo for it's first test flight. All going well it will be available within 24 hours.
Cheers
