Davo, if you have your original setup disks, you should be able to find them in there. Not sure which particular disk but it will be inside one of those .cab files. Thought, I'd let you know.

These are the gauges I am mising in my gauge folder:

gauge02=737-400!Nav 1
gauge03=737-400!Nav 2
gauge04=737-400!ADF
gauge05=737-400!Transponder
gauge06=737-400!Audio

Any ideas?

I just checked and these files are in Disk 2 of your setup disks. The filename is called: MSGAME3.CAB.

You will need winzip to open the file and extract all the files you need. I would highlight all the 737-400*.gau files and extract to a temp folder first.

You don't need to re-install FS9, just open the disk 2 in explorer and open msgame2.cab with winzip. Extract the 737 gau files to your harddrive.

Once again Naresh, you outdid yourself. That worked perfectly. My NAV 2 gauge reappeared as well as all the standby freq. I can now adjust them and fly VOR to VOR if I want again.
