Multiplayer on FSX

I can't find any recent info on this subject. I am about to pull out what is left of my hair trying to get this durn stuff to work. Can anyone try to help me????? Thanks in advance. Thanks for the info. Discovered that I didn't have either of the service packs installed so after doing that things really perked up.
