How about this idea for a new PC for those of us who can't afford $5000 to $7000 dollars for a super gaming PC that will handle FSX in all it's glory. Have you checked out the prices on the Alienware and Voodoo gaming PCs lately?
If you are happy with FS9, then just buy a bargain PC with a good monitor and video card for under $1000, HP or Dell will sell you a PC that will make FS9 scream for about $500. Upgrade the video card and add a good monitor, and there you go. Then, go to flightsim.com or avsim.com and load up on all the FS9 upgrades you want for free.
