I think I have straightened out your logbook issues. I'll send you a separate E-mail with an explanation and some tips about completing your PIREPs. About engine failures: our crack SPA mechanics keep these aircraft in primo condition, so that couldn't be it.
Are you sure that you have your simulator "random" failure rates all set to zero? Likewise with the autopilot, but I too have had occasional autopilot failures and that might be a software problem/
